The lady at customer service was nice, but the work is shoddy. Took 2 1/2 hour's to change a tire, then they did it wrong and had to rebalance it, because the weight bar fell off after driving 100 yards. To top that, it cost me $200 for a bad tire that could not hold the load. I normally get at Discount tire, wallmart or ANYWHERE else for $110.

Manager is never in there. Will not return phone calls. Repairs suppose to be done in 3 days. Came in on Monday then on Thursday still here because technician broke a bolt ff in manifold. Now we are stuck here until Monday or Tuesday. When we went in to check on the truck the first time all the mechanics were just sitting around doing nothing and their shop was full of vehicles. This is THE WORST service I have ever received from any dealer. This just goes to show you DON'T buy a FORD. I will stick with my Dodge.

Traveling thru arizona and broke down service staff got me in and replaced water pump in 3hrs back on road thanks guys
