This is the most unprofessional court clerks staff in general when dealing and handling with issues. Called to get an extension on a traffic citation and they say that they "must inform everyone on certain fees" which they did not. Yes, they granted the extension, yet failed to notify me of certain fees that would be applied. They clearly don't put enough energy into helping people out, let alone even doing their jobs correctly.
