Best hotel I have ever been too I mean the room was fabulous and even the staff were generous enough to call and MAKE SURE OF THAT I couldn't get enough of it just saying try out room 160 and see what I mean !!!! Its a good vibe in the air and makes me feel at home and that's over 2 states away! I really appreciate the way they treat you here even at breakfast at 7 in the morning where people are just now waking up they just take care of you like they know you and its AMAZING especially the lady at the front desk MARCIE she was even checking on people to make sure they were enjoying and needed any assistance. TOP OF THE NOTCH PLACE . PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!! I just wish I could stay their longer but we was just there for the night. We might stop back here on the way back if we can just because of how good it was and CHEAP and there's a Denny's right next to it and you can't go wrong with that !!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STOP BY!!!
Very nice property conveniently located off the Interstate. Rooms are clean, sink and shower drains work as designed, staff is friendly, hot and cold breakfast is presented well with coffee in real coffee cups and real cereal bowls in place of the usual cardboard kind. Nice touch, that. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
After a long day of driving, needed a place to stay for the night. Called ahead and booked a room. Very pleasant, quite and a Dennys right across the parking lot. Room was clean, comfortable and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The free hot breakfast the next morning was good as well. A good value and a good place to stop if you are passing through.
I can't say enough good things about this hotel- they are phenomenal! I called them frantically on the day I needed a reservation after learning the Quality Inn across the street wouldn't let me check in with cats. I was on day 3 of a cross country move and to say I was frazzled was an understatement! The woman on the phone put me at ease within 30 seconds of answering the phone. Very calmly and kindly, she checked on the pet policy and graciously agreed to house the cats. I needed two rooms, which she booked right next to one another. When I showed up three hours later, both her and the gentleman at the front desk were kind, friendly and efficient. The rooms were great- clean and comfortable, just what a weary traveler is looking for (cats loved the room too!). The hot breakfast in the morning far exceeded what I would expect from a small motel. And just as they had been the night before, the staff was amazing. The front desk clerk manned both the desk and the dining room with efficiency and friendliness. Should I ever find myself in Holbrook again, I would book here in a heartbeat!
Staff very friendly. The room was adequate for an overnight stay while travelling through. If you're sensitive to odors and cleaners beware. The towels and sheets smell like they soak them in bleach, dry them and put them in the room. Which is great because they are clean but I personally am bothered by chemicals. By the time I left my chest was burning, my nose was bleeding and I had a migraine. Took me a days to recover. I'd give it more stars if the room didn't make me ill.
