UPS in Holbrook really came through for me, and specifically Lynn! I was waiting for a super important shipment of books for a book signing, they were misdelivered, and Lynn found them, held them for me, and waited while i drove three hours from the navajo nation to retrieve them. thank you, Lynn and Holbrook UPS!
Drivers need to update there knowledge base of Holbrook Back alley rds by google maps or just ask another experienced driver ? Have I pad will travel ? Mail box front of home indicated position 50 ft away behind gray fence . Inconsistent delivery's :(
Paid for 2 day shipping to have this 500 dollar package delivered on time. The ups driver had delivered to this exact address multiple times before. Ups rescheduled my delivery for next week due to incorrect address. I did double check the address which I used multiple times before. This is not the first time having problems with this center
Thursday got a notice of "unable to deliver"(seems address had been mangled, and that day they had a cover driver.) . Really wanted my package before the weekend (paid 30$ extra for prompt delivery). Called UPS Domestic. Lady said "Monday delivery at earliest". Called local UPS guy in Holbrook. He got on the radio with the delivery guy while he was still on the phone with me. He was able to confirm the package was in the truck, and the driver knew where to deliver it and planned to do it today. All I can say is "Awesome". Holbrook UPS office rocks!
When my packages go thru Gallup or Farmington UPS, they get here on time. When the go thru Holbrook, forget it. It's lost forever and their system says my address is invalid or undeliverable. They can't seem to call even with a side note to notify me by phone. I'm a business right in the heart of Window Rock and this UPS is unreliable and non-business friendly. Time is money and they have cost me so much money in wasted time. I need my products.
