Pretty sure the review by Anna Tolly is an error and she has mistaken Future Tire for the shop directly across the street from them. No record of an Anna Tolly doing business with Future Tire and that incident would be very uncharacteristic of the staff at Future Tire.
Great place with friendly service. Expect a wait or drop off your vehicle. I was there for a couple hours but no biggie, let me use their wifi (as long as I didn't stream videos). It's first come first serve. No appointments. Got my oil changed and tires rotated at a fair price.

We got a flat on our 5th wheel just 10 miles from there KOA it was a Saturday after hours and we called them and there were so nice to come out and fix us up. Great business
This place ruined my wheel my lugs and then they sold me a tire that lasted 2000 miles and started cracking a part on the sidewalls ... The manager will not help you is very rude all he does is eat snacks and chomp the phone.. ROOKIE MECHANICS.. Avoid like the plague..
