Larry is a great manager. The crew made a mistake and gave our order to a different group of customers. Larry gave us a refund and fresh food because we had to wait so long. Excellent leadership!
Food was hot! Bun was beautifully toasted, beef was charbroiled, veggies were crunchy and bursting with flavor.
Five Stars to the Golden Star. Stop here when on the interstate. Last trip stopped each way last trip. Fine food excellent service. Wait times do occur when retail rushes occur but a puny price to pay for fresh food.
Service 10/10. Courteous and helpful staff. It is worth the wait.
The food is really good, especially when you consider that it's a fast food restaurant. However, I would not recommend this establishment if you are in a hurry as staff can be low, making the wait time lengthy. Some of the customer service is also... below par. Nonetheless, the food was great and I don't regret visiting.
Its a nice store. It is in the Loves travel plaza so has everything a traveler could want or need.
